The Audio Visual requirements for a speech include the following: Lectern on center stage with bottled water hidden beneath Wireless lavaliere microphone with fresh batteries A computer and projector loaded with the PowerPoint that will accompany Jason's speech (This will be emailed to you seven to ten days before the event) Wireless handheld microphone(s) if a Q&A session is following the speech Advance notification if "IMAG" imagery is being used
