nextI am not sure if you personally read this e-mail but I would like to say that I do like your book "Less is more" that can be considered as a "bible" for productivity and efficiency, especially under turbulent times.
But my e-mail is dedicated to a certain inquiry: do you have any specific readings or can you recommend any consultant on the following issue:
- there is a certain approach in leadership, something like four-eye approach or control when two managers manage / control one project / business.
I am interested what it is (pros and cons)? How is it done? What companies practice it?
We can even consider a consulting on that.
