Thank you for your talk yesterday at the ISA show in Indianapolis...I really appreciated and enjoyed your comments. On the drive from St. Louis where I live to Indianapolis on Saturday, I was listening to your book "Think Big, Act Small" on CD. I had no idea that you would be speaking on Sunday.

I am in the process of assembling a performance-based business coaching team to improve the performance of small and mid-sized distributors and manufacturers in the United States. I define myself as a teacher and coach which means I am a learner and a leader. As you commented yesterday, "I have to do this." As I heard Bruce Springsteen say recently, "And they pay me too." Don't tell anyone, but I would do this without pay, if I could pull it off.

Thank you for putting my passion into perspective with your comments. I plan to get a copy of your new book. If it is available for the Kindle, I will download it soon.
