| Jason Jennings and his research team study the worlds best performing companies and their leaders for his best-selling books on business and leadership.

From left to right: Steve Epstein, Jennifer Colvin, Vivek Sriram, and Grace Tan
Steve Epstein
Steve Epstein earned a bachelors degree in advertising and, later, a second bachelors degree in middle childhood education. He has more than eleven years of work experience, progressing from sales to social service administration to teaching and, finally, to educational nonprofit management. In this latter job, he managed finance, fundraising, advertising, and intra-organizational and media relations for an organization focused on creating awareness of bullying in schools.
This job helped him to become conscious of gaps in his business skill set, prompting him to apply to the University of San Francisco Masters in Business Administration program, which he expects to complete in August, 2007.
Jennifer Colvin
Jennifer Colvin has more than eight years of marketing experience with organizations as varied as an outdoor gear retailer and a digital library. She has a passion for finding ways to help organizations achieve their goals through authentic, compelling stories that convey the essence of their brands in print and online.
When not working, Jennifer can often be found traveling abroad with a bicycle, surfboard, or skis in tow. Her essays about these adventures have appeared in several anthologies and online publications. She is an M.B.A. candidate at the University of San Francisco, and has B.A. degrees in Communications and English from the University of Washington.
Vivek Sriram
Vivek Sriram expects to earn his MBA from the University of San Francisco in December of 2006. Having spent 10 years as a consultant --for clients big and small, financially successful and fiscally defunct Vivek has plenty of experience in team work, organizational structures and successful work practices.
Additionally, Vivek has helped start two companies, one a consulting firm a second focused on eCommerce solutions for small businesses. When not working or studying, Vivek enjoys spending time with his wife and 1-year old daughter at their home in San Francisco. He hopes some day to indulge his love of ancient civilizations by exploring the great old trade routes.
Grace Tan
Grace Tan was born and raised in Singapore, Grace received her BSc. cum laude in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco. She returned to Singapore to assist in the family business from 2002 to 2005. Currently pursuing her MBA as a Dean's Fellow at her alma mater, Grace is also the Program Coordinator for the USF Entrepreneurship Program. She will be emphasizing in Entrepreneurship and International Business, and plans to return to Asia in a few years with her husband.
